Cancellation policy

Subscriptions

When you purchase a subscription you'll receive repeat deliveries. These are based on the subscription frequency you select at checkout. For Merdello Ear Cleaning Drops, that is one delivery every 28 days.

Your payment details will be stored securely and you'll be charged for each of these deliveries at the refill price shown on the product page when you subscribed. Your first order is charged at the introductory price shown at checkout.

Your subscription renews automatically every 28 days until you cancel. If you don't want to renew a subscription, you can cancel it.

If you want to cancel or change your subscription, you can do it at any time. Log in to your account (Manage subscription) or use the link in your order confirmation e-mail to skip, pause, change the delivery date or cancel. You can also e-mail us at contact@merdello.com. To avoid being charged for your next delivery, cancel at least 24 hours before your next shipment date.
