Processing time
We pack and dispatch orders within 24–48 hours. During busy periods it may take a little longer — if it does, we'll email you before you have time to wonder why.
Delivery time
Standard delivery takes 7–12 days door to door. Our supplier ships from a warehouse outside the US, which is why it takes longer than a store with a domestic warehouse. We'd rather give you an honest timeline than promise next-day delivery and let you down. Carrier delays and holiday periods can add a few days.
Shipping cost
You see the exact shipping cost in your cart before you confirm the order. Shipping is free on orders of 2 or more bottles. We never add fees after you've placed the order.
Duties and taxes
The price you pay at checkout is the final price. If a carrier ever asks you to pay anything on delivery — don't pay, and email us. We cover those costs. That's not your problem.
Tracking
Once your package ships you'll get an email with a tracking number and a link to see where it is. If the email doesn't arrive, check your spam folder and write to us.
Shipping area
We currently ship within the United States. Please double-check your address before confirming — a wrong address is the most common cause of delays.
Changing or cancelling an order
Email us as soon as possible. As long as the package hasn't shipped, we can change the address or cancel the order and refund you. Once it has shipped, changes are no longer possible — you can still return it under our Refund policy.
Lost or damaged package
Email us. We'll send a replacement or refund you — we won't send you to the carrier or make you file the claim for us.
Returns and guarantee
You have 100 days to try the drops. If you don't see a difference, send us one line and we refund you — no need to send the bottle back. Details in our Refund policy.
